Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 2026
This notice explains what personal information Jisr (jisredu.com) collects, how we use it, and your rights. Jisr provides study-abroad guidance for students, and we try to collect as little personal data as possible.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information. First, information you choose to give us: when you use our contact or "Get help" form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. Second, limited technical information collected automatically by our hosting provider — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — which is standard for running and protecting a website.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit only to reply to your enquiry and provide the guidance you asked for. We use technical data only to keep the website secure, reliable, and working properly. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

This website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics and tracking cookies. If we add advertising or analytics in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Our service providers

To operate the site we rely on two trusted providers. Our contact form is delivered through Formspree, which processes and forwards your message to us. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy policies.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share it with the service providers above so the site can work, or if we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only for as long as we need them to help you, and then delete them. Technical logs held by our providers are kept for their standard, limited periods.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, please use the contact form on our Get help page and we will respond as soon as we can.

Children

This website is intended for prospective university students and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
